As your people partner we work in your business for a defined number of hours or days each month, you decide how much or how little you need.  The work we do with the CEO and the senior executive group during these times may include:

  • Developing your strategic people plan to facilitate the realisation of your business strategy and deliver a high performing culture
  • Providing support to your HR operational team to implement the plan
  • Providing trusted advice to the senior executive group on business matters effecting the people processes and systems and culture, acting as a sounding board or devil’s advocate as required
  • Provide the employee context, opportunities and constraints for executive and strategic business decisions, and as required contribute to strategy development, ensuring the protection of your people assets
  • Analysing your existing pool of talent and ensure supply effectively meets future business needs – workforce planning and succession planning
  • Identification of gaps in organisational and employee capabilities, developing and implementing new policies, systems, technologies or disciplines to meet both employee and business needs

Enabling the HR team to provide improved support and service to the business by reviewing and updating your HR systems and processes – enabling, for example: recruitment processes that deliver minimum time to hire with high quality candidates, reductions in administration associated with delivering services, improved performance management systems and remuneration systems that are aligned to business outcomes.

Mentor, coach to your executive team
